Yrahisa Mateo from our office in the Dominican Republic has sent an update sharing good news about Yofraily’s mum.
Yrahisa gives thanks that Yofraily’s mum is much better and has been allowed home from hospital. Unfortunately the bullet is still in her throat because it’s too dangerous to remove it from its current position.
Please pray for the operation to take place soon. Pray for Yofraily’s mum to be given help with her speech as she’s struggling to communicate.
Pray for Yofraily’s mother who was struck by a stray bullet whilst out in her local community. The family live in Los Ciruelitos Santiago in the Dominican Republic. The bullet landed near her throat and she remains in intensive care. Pray that her children will be comforted following this difficult experience.
“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.” Matthew 11:28-30
