Pray for Colombia

Please pray for some of the challenges Compassion Colombia currently face as they minister to the country’s poorest children:

• Pray against the gang violence which troubles Colombia. Ask for more of God’s peace.
• Many parts of Colombia are experiencing drought. Please pray particularly for the Caribbean coastal region which is badly affected.
• Pray for the thousands of children who have been affected by the Zika virus. Pray for Compassion as they continue to provide mosquito nets, insect repellent soaps and resources for projects to fumigate their facilities. With the link between Zika and microcephaly confirmed by the Centres for Disease Control and Prevention, please continue to pray for the protection of pregnant mothers.
