Compassion and Spring Harvest Unite for 2025

For more than four decades Spring Harvest has brought Christians together to worship, explore the Bible, and join his mission in the world. This year, delegates will hear from speakers including Kate Duroux and Pastor Rick Warren as they explore the theme, “No Greater Story”. 

Spring Harvest’s Cathy Madavan recently visited our work in Uganda and says, “I’m thrilled that Spring Harvest is partnering with Compassion again this year. Few of us get the perfect story we’d like, but we’re all invited into God’s greater redemptive story of hope.  

“We can also write a better story than we currently see, both locally and globally, and so everyone, no matter how young or old, will be encouraged to get involved with Compassion’s mission.”  

Through Compassion’s partnership with Spring Harvest over the years, thousands of Christians have accepted Jesus’ invitation to take action against the injustice of poverty, by sponsoring a child, supporting our Mums and Babies programme and prayer.  

We are excited about the opportunity of encouraging even more Christians to join together with our global network of local churches, graduates, and supporters to release children from poverty into life in all its fullness in 2025.

This year’s theme is particularly poignant. There really is ‘No Greater Story’ than the one of salvation—and we are praying that hundreds more children and their families will be released from poverty into a new story of hope and possibility through this year’s partnership.”
