The Regional teams liaise and build relationships with church leaders, event organisers, individuals and corporate supporters to achieve monthly and annual growth targets.
The Ministry Development team cultivates strategic relationships with networks, high net worth individuals, statutory funders and key influencers in business and the public square.
The Partnership Support team provides an exceptional level of service to the department, delivering high quality research, church contacts, timely resources, outstanding trips to the field and serving alongside our incredible volunteers to maximise the ministry impact.
The Communications Team is made up of Campaigns, PR and Media and Digital Content. Together, their mission is to reach the next sponsor and engage our supporters, ensuring that we tell the right story, to the right people, in the right way, for the greatest impact, every time.
The Digital Projects Team is focused on delivering digital projects and products that support Compassion UK’s Digital Transformation aspirations and goals.
Our Supporter Experience department serves Compassion supporters in the UK, building sponsors’ relationships with their sponsored children and valuing supporters as partners and co-labourers.
The department consists of teams in Finance, IT, Project Management, Compliance, People & Culture and Office Experience. The teams have a very broad range of objectives.
They keep us compliant, steward our finances, ensure projects run smoothly and find and develop effective people who can grow our ministry. What’s more, they make sure Compassion House is safe and well looked after.
